announcement: april's gathering.
on april 4, 2014, we will gather & dine once again! you can drop your name in that hat anytime before march 15, here. the theme of this spring's gathering is In Bloom. you can expect fresh, light and fragrant flavors throughout each course, thoughtfully complimenting the season we are very excited to be entering into! here's a simplified peek into the ingredients of each of the five courses we'll be serving:
Roti, sesame, chickpeas, parsley, citrus, chilies
Roasted bread, asparagus, berries, tarragon, vinegar
Roasted radicchio, grapes, almonds, agrodolce
Lamb shank, marcona almonds, peas, rhubarb
Homemade chocolate cake, mint coulis
Broker's gin, grapefruit & ginger oleo saccharum, lemon, honey chamomile bitters
Third & Fourth Course:
Left Coast Cellars: Cali's Cuvee Pinot Noir
Left Hand Brewing Co.'s Black Jack Porter
Hand-brewed Crema Kenya Coffee
