common table dallas hosted their first gathering in october, and we're so excited to finally share a sneak peek of the evening with you! thanks to our friends sara & rocky for being pioneers for life around the table in dallas, for setting the table, and for capturing the fun & warmth of the night with these beautiful shots. here's to many more gatherings in the garza home!
on saturday, december 6 we will host our 3rd annual holiday brunch, ivy & gold, at 12pm. our first ever common table was a christmas brunch hosted in december 2012, our last brunch was on new year's day, and this season we're excited to return to a christmas theme—flaunting all things red, green, silver and gold. we can't wait to serve ten of you in celebration of the christmas season and the most merry meal of all: brunch.
you'll also have the opportunity to hear a special guest perform a few of their very own christmas songs to close out the gathering.
the meal will go as follows:
the plate cost for ivy & gold is $60, which will cover the cost of the ingredients along with bottomless french-pressed coffee + a seasonal brunch cocktail. you will be able to drop your name in the hat up until wednesday, november 15.

thanks to our lively guests and hosts for a summer dinner to remember in june. not only did we find "the perfect italian dinner playlist" on spotify, adding to the evening's theme, but we all ended the night in a spontaneous dance party under a crystal chandelier.
thanks for taking off your shoes with us and helping us end our second-ever summer gathering terrifically.

summer in sicilia, which will be an implementation of the fresh, traditional flavors of italian cuisine with chef simoni's own culinary twists. we want this five-course meal to leave our guests feeling like they took a mid-summer european coastal getaway for the evening, because lord knows, we could all use one of those. the plate fee for this meal is $60, which will also cover the cost of paired drinks, entertainment and a parting favor from us to you.

we're delighted to share a peek into our spring gathering, "in bloom," with you. thanks to our dear friend and neighbor, melissa, for hosting us! the cherry blossom tree out front was the perfect welcome banner.
